1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Hari app or any other Covelo Tech products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Hari Pro
Hari offers a “Pro” subscription with the following terms:
- Payment: All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
- Subscription Period: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Lifetime Option: A one-time lifetime purchase is available, which grants permanent Pro access with no recurring charges
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing; you will be notified in advance
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate other users or create misleading usernames
- Harass, bully, or abuse other users through social features
- Share inappropriate or offensive content through profile or plant names
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Covelo Tech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plant Care Advice: While we strive to provide accurate plant identification and care recommendations, this information is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of plant identification or care advice. Always use your best judgment and consult professional sources when caring for plants, especially those that may be toxic or require specialized care.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVELO TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
